Observation: 1. Quats dispenser is dispensing quats at 400 ppm. Manufacturer label states quats is to be used at 200 ppm for a no rinse sanitizer.
2. Two sink plugs do not appear to be in good working order (sink drains slowly when plug inserted).
Corrective Action(s): 1. Manager to contact representative to service/adjust quats dispenser according to manufacturer specifications. Ensure sanitizer dispenser is capable of dispensing sanitizer at concentrations required for safe and effective sanitizing of food contact surfaces (e.g. 200 ppm quats). Adjust concentration manually as needed in interim. Date to be corrected by: August 3, 2023.
2. Ensure three functional sink plugs are available to facilitate proper warewashing. Date to be corrected by: July 28, 2023.

Routine health inspection.
Coolers at 4 degrees C or less.
Freezers at -17 to -26 degrees C.
Hot holding internal food temperatures at 60 degrees C or more.
Thermometers available for hot and cold holding units. Probe thermometer available for internal food temperature checks.
It was stated that in-use utensils are washed and sanitized throughout the day, after use.
Food is protected from potential contamination and stored off the floor. Scoops stored with handles outside of product. Cans free of dents/bulging.
Temperature logs maintained and available for review.
Hand washing station is accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Three compartment sink supplied with hot and cold running water. Detergent and quats sanitizer available via wall mounted dispensers. Quats test strips available.
Quats sanitizer available in labeled spray bottle (diluted to 200 ppm quats during inspection).
General sanitation good. No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection. Premises is serviced by pest control technician; last service on July 10, 2023.
