Observation: 1) Sanitizer supply for the dishwashing machine is empty. Employee replaced the sanitizer with a fresh container at time of inspection. 50+ppm chlorine residual is now being supplied during the rinse cycle.
2) No detectable sanitizer residual in the glasswasher. Iodine sanitizer supply appears to be full. Possible air-leak in the supply tubing, as priming the pump was unsuccessful at restoring the sanitizer level in the machine.
