- 3-compartment sink for dishes and utensils - bleach is in supply, not yet made during the inspection
- Chicken is cooked using timers for 3 min (83C internal temperature - tested during inspection), let cool for 2hrs and then refried to >74C
- Coolers <4C. Freezers <-18C
- Dry storage - items are covered and protected from contamination
- Staff washroom fully supplied for hand hygiene
- Sauces - some require refrigeration - ensure to check labels
- Overall facility is very clean
