Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Employees not sanitizing dishware properly during manual warewashing; observed doing wash with soap, santize, then rinse.
This causes the water to remove the sanitizer therefore not sanitizing dish surface adequately.
First wash the dishes with soap, rinse with warm water, then sanitize for 2 minutes, then air dry.

Start practicing good storage techniques by ceperating foods in categories, making sure meat is below vegetables, and everything is covered.

- Old wooden station was replaced with a new one that is sturdy, easily cleanable, and sealed.
