Routine Inspection Handwashing sink equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use towels. Walk-in cooler at 4 C or below. Walk-in freezer at -18 C. Sandwich display cooler at 4 C or below. Beverage cooler at 4 C or below. Cooler temperature logs maintained. Surface sanitizer (quats) available in bucket and registered at 200 ppm. Cloths stored inside sanitizer solution. High temperature dishwasher registered at least 71 C on plate surface. Hot foods prepared for lunch service are used within 2 hours or discarded after lunch service. Chicken is cooked/reheated to at least 165 F/74 C. Reminder to sanitize thermometer before using. General sanitation satisfactory. Pest control traps set up throughout establishment. Reminder: Inspect product for its best before date and use the first in first out method (proper stock rotation). It is not recommended to sell product past its best before date. Two milk cartons with a best before date of October 12 and October 16 were removed from the cooler.
