Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): NO approved sanitizer solution was available. Staff was using Mr.Clean for cleaning and sanitizing food contact surfaces. This wold not adequately reduce pathogens. Staff prepared chlorine sanitizer solution in bucket.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to always have sanitizer available at the right concentration (approx 100-200ppm chlorine). Change solution every 2 hrs/as needed. Store wiping cloths in solution at all times.

High temp dishwasher achieved 75.1 C at plate level after final rinse
All coolers temp <4C, all freezers <-18C

General sanitation satisfactory, no signs of pests
*Note: Handsink at back kitchen area is not being used. As no food preparation/handling is done in that area. Only storage and dishwashing is performed
