Second mouse trap along back door has significant rust, deterioration and rust is staining floor around it. Corrective Action(s): Repair ceiling to ensure no ceiling materials can potentially fall into equipment, packaging or food items. Remove deteriorating mouse trap and/or replace with a new one. Hand wash stations are adequately supplied with soap and paper towels in dispensers. Walk in coolers <4C. Walk in freezers <-19C. Hand wash stations in prep rooms are supplied with soap and paper towels in dispensers. Sanitizer from dispenser between 300-400ppm, note that 200ppm is required. Floors, walls, equipment are all reasonably clean and organized. Highly recommend more light in back receiving area in order to check for pests and to aid cleaning. Please check inventory and ensure only food grade containers are used for food processing (e.g. 2 orange hardware buckets for potatoes in processing room). All staff wearing reasonably clean attire with hair nets in process areas. No signs of pests at the time of inspection. System error at the time of inspection, signature not collected.
