Follow-up inspection to initial conducted on May 25, 2018 in response to new amendments required by plumbing inspector. A backflow prevention device was installed above the pipe over the 3-compartment sink. Inspection did not note any other changes to the facility. Temperatures all remain below 4C for all stand-up coolers and dairy / beverage coolers. Quaternary ammonium compound sanitizer available at 200 ppm. No other concerns noted at this time.
