Note: The premise has been closed for 10 days due to flooding. Deep cleaning for the facility and renovation of the affected area are done. The kitchen is remain the same - no renovation. Kitchen: - General sanitation - excellent. - All hand-sinks supplied with liquid hand soap, single use paper towels, hot/cold running water. - Prep coolers across stove: right - top at 3.2 deg C/bottom at 1.1 deg C; left -top at 2.9 deg C/bottom at 1.2 deg C . Lids covered food. - Walk in cooler and freezer combo: cooler at 3.1deg C; freezer at - 18.0 deg C. - Beverage walk-in cooler at 2.8 deg C. - Coolers in the back area/storage at 1.2 deg C or less. - All other freezers - satisfactory. - Hot holding not in use at the time of inspection (and empty). - Ice-maker - clean.Scoops stored in a sanitary manner. - Low temperature dishwasher at 50 ppm of chlorine. - Surface sanitizer/spray - available and in use. - All food stored safely at the time of inspection. - Staff washroom - clean and supplied with ho/cold running water; liquid soap and single use paper towels. Note: Under grill cooler is not in use/ was empty at the time of inspection. Bar: - Bar glass-washer - satisfactory. - Surface sanitizer in spray - available and in use. - Cooler at 4.0 deg C. - Hand-washing sink supplied with liquid soap and single use paper towels. - Ice-bin - satisfactory/scoop stored safely at the time inspection.
