Ice- maker and ice bin (front) - clean; scoops are stored safely at the time of inspection.
3-compartment sink - set & at 100 ppm; surface sanitizer in a bucket - available & at 100 ppm;

Recommendation:
- A storage shelf front of the 3-compartment sink has to be refinished.
- Bare-wood shelves have to be sealed.
- Broken scoop has to be replaced.
- Wall-tiles have to be replaced (front of the kitchen fryer).
