Bleach sanitizer is available - measured at 200ppm. The spray bottles were labelled at the time of inspection. Clean up has been done. More cleaning required. Ensure to have hard-to-reach areas cleaned every day. Correction pending: Soap dispenser is yet to be installed by the dishwashing area handsink. Ensure to have it done within 2 weeks. Soap in a pump bottle is available next to the handsink in the mean time. Operator to email the undersigned with the most recent report from the pest control company and the picture of the soap dispenser once it is installed.
