Corrective Action(s): Use glue traps in the area to help with this issue.

Observation: Kitchen utensils are being stored in a opened can.
Corrective Action(s): Purchase proper foodgrade containers to store kitchen utensils. Use of cans for tools and organics is okay.

Observation: The ceiling tiles in the kitchen have been removed.
Corrective Action(s): I've contacted the Fire Dept. and they do not have any record of requesting the ceiling tiles to be removed. As discussed, this was one of the conditions mentioned on the File Search Request to the prospective purchaser of the building. Install ceiling tiles in the kitchen (t-bars are already in place). Ensure that the tiles are of the washable type i.e. smooth, non-absorbent and easy to clean.
