Code 205 noted on Food Complaint inspection # CHAS-9REVQM of Dec-02-2014 Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)] (Batter made with flour and water being stored at room temperature for two days.)

Comments

Temperature of the food inside the undercounter fridge is still too warm (45F), must be 40F/4C or below to be safe. This violation was noted in the last report. Enforcement action will be taken if corrective action is not taken. Dirty floor area in the storage room as pointed out in the previous report has not been cleaned. Also noted today sugar spills on the floor. Clean nightly to help control rodent infestations.
