Premise has been closed for approximately 3 months to undergo primarily cosmetic renovations: tile flooring and decorations to singing rooms and lobby area. Name change as well to "V Show Karaoke" -application form received

One change to the kitchen is the stove has been removed (functioning exhaust hoods remain) due to menu has been limited to tea/soda drinks and no fried foods.

Hours of operation changed:
M-R, Sun, Holiday: 2pm - 2am
F-Sat: 2pm -4am

Temperature Controls:
-2-door undercounter at bar area 4 deg C
-Chest freezer in kitchen -18 deg C

-High temperature washer final rinse 78 deg C -operator must warm-up the washer at least an hour before placing dishware there

-bleach sanitizer reservoir >100ppm chlorine residual -as per operator's test strips

General Sanitation
-all goods maintained off the floor >15cm to facilitate cleaning and monitoring pests underneath
