Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # RWOG-BLT4BR of Feb-14-2020 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Dishwasher did not dispense 50ppm chlorine. Sanitizer bucket full - appears the issue is with getting chlorine into the machine. Correction: Use your dishwasher to wash and rinse, then manually sanitize. Manual warewashing diagram provided to staff. OR Use single-use paper utensils.
