Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: Ice machine contained buildup of debris inside of it.
Correction: Drain the ice immediately and wash, rinse, and sanitize the inside of the ice machine as per the manufacturer's directions and then discard the first batch of ice; Correct today.

Follow up inspection:
-Ice machine was in a sanitary condition at the time of the follow up inspection.
-Manager stated that cleaning, sanitizing, and air drying of the ice machine was done yesterday.
-Manager stated that they would clean and sanitize the ice machine every 2 weeks to maintain it in a clean condition. Please check the inside of the ice machine on a minimal weekly basis and clean and sanitize it more frequently than a 2 week basis if any debris/mildew is present inside it.
