Observation: Back two compartment sink has dirt inside. Was used to clean up "Slurpee spill" from previous night.
Lack of sanitizer solution in back sink area. Sanitizer solution for two compartment sink was located in front area cleaning station adjacent to tobacco products and office.

Corrective Action(s): Sink is to be cleaned and sanitized prior to any cleaning of dishware.
Sanitizer solution was moved to back area. Keep this sanitizer dispensing bottle in back next to two compartment sink for proper ware washing.
