Routine Inspection conducted today. Inspection conducted student.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs sanitizer buckets measured at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available. High-temperature dishwasher measured at 72.8C final rinse temperature.
Display cooler, undercounter cooler, walk-in cooler, stand-up cooler measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezer, chest freezer measured at -18C or lower. Hot-holding units measured at 60C or higher. Temperature logs are well maintained. Temperature logs shows refrigeration and hot-holding units adheres to temperature health requirements.
Pest Control contracted. Ice machine observed to be in sanitary condition and not in use at the time of inspection.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor. Exhaust hood vents observed to be in sanitary condition.

NOTE: Ensure that underneath the hot-holding line are sweep at end of day. At the time of inspection noted single-use packaging and utensils underneath.

Overall, facility is well organized and maintained.
