-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Front display cooler was at 1C.
-Upright freezer was a -13C.
-2-compartment sink was prepared with bleach disinfectant - tested at 200ppm.
-Sanitizer pail properly labelled and tested at 100ppm.
-Handwash station easily accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Ensure single use gloves are changed when gloves become dirty to prevent potential contamination of foods.
-Cardboard used to dry sweets changed each day.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods properly stored off the floor and covered.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection. A couple rodent droppings in the front office area and back area by the dough mixer. No other evidence of pest activity. Clean and sanitize affected areas and monitor for further activity. Some additional cleaning required on the walk-in cooler fan cover.
-FoodSafe certificate valid until Dec 19, 2022.
