- General sanitation is good.
- All coolers (walk in, display, dairy, ice cream): < or = to 4C.
- All freezers (walk in, frozen food): < or = to -18C.
- All refrigeration units equipped with working thermometers.
- Daily temperature logs available and kept up to date. Temperatures are monitored manually.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks. Ensure to keep all food items at min 6 inches (15cm) off the floor.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. The operator does not have any pest control system.
- Random food items (i.e. eggs, milks, baby formula) checked for expiration dates, condition of packaging, and any signs of deterioration. All in good conditions. |
