Observation: - Dishwasher fount at 0.0ppm of chlorine at the time of inspection.
Correction: - Repair/service the dishwasher.
Note: The operator on site conducted a telephone call to service the dishwasher.

Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: - Storage shelves and vegetable cutting equipment is dirty (food debris).
- Ice maker had black mold inside and food debris outside.
- Few mice droppings noted on the dry storage shelf, which a site of the walk-in unit.
Correction: - All equipment and food contact surfaces must be kept clean.
- Clean and sanitize the ice maker.
- Clean and sanitize the contaminated shelf.
Comments

- Dishwasher at 50 ppm of clorine.
- Test strips are available.
Note: The operator called on 07.11.2023 (3:19 pm) and stated that the dishwasher is in a good working order.
Friendly reminder: Please check the chlorine sanitizer in the low temperature dishwasher everyday before opening and contact a service if required.
- News papers and card board have been removed.
- Utensils stored in a sanitary manner (off the floor).
- Cutting equipment removed from the shelf.
- Back door was closed at the time of inspection.
- Potatoes and onions stored off the floor.
The violations have been corrected. However, regular cleaning must be in place as well as the pest service.
