- Food safety and sanitation plans have been submitted. Food safety plan to be retyped and resubmitted for review. Please email.
- Temperatures of coolers and freezers were adequate. * Ensure display is < 4C prior to storing food in it.
- Liquid soap and paper towels were present at handsinks.
- Bleach solution was available for use as sanitizer
- Dishwasher final rinse temperature was 73C
The following must be addressed:
* All openings in walls including electrical outlets must be sealed
* Broken floor tiles must be replaced. Floors must be smooth, non-absorbent and easy to clean. All gaps between tiles must be filled.
* Store all open bags of ingridients in pest proof containers.
