Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two handwash stations (one by the glazing station/one by the cashier) missing paper towels. Staff was advised to replenish both at this time.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all handwash stations are adequately supplied with paper towels at all times. Replenish as soon as empty.

Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash station by the drive thru adequately supplied.
-Refrigeration temperatures within requirement; Hot-holding temperatures within requirement.
-Temperature monitoring system in place.
-General food storage practice satisfactory.
-Coffee stirrer sticks stored in ice. Ice machine satisfactory.
-200ppm QUAT available in a bucket at the back. Automated dispenser at correct concentration.
TWO buckets for the front refilled at the beginning of the inspection. Health inspector could not test the solution to tell whether these buckets were at correct concentration prior to the refill.
Ensure 200ppm QUAT solution is available in each bucket and in use for disinfection of surfaces throughout the day.
-General sanitation satisfactory. However, sanitation level could be improved by cleaning hard to reach areas on a more regular basis. Ensure to clean floor underneath/between kitchen equipment (i.e. prep coolers/undercounter shelves etc.)\
