*Kitchen was not in use at time of inspection

- Hand washing stations are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Coolers (walk-ins, preps) at < or = 4C
- Walk-in freezer at < or = -18C
- Hot holding units were not in use at time of inspection. Ensure the hot holding unit can maintain food temperatures of 60C or greater.
- High temperature dishwasher is available. Final rinse temperature reached 71.0C at the plate level. Recommended to increase the final rinse temperature to allow for greater safety margin.
- 200 ppm Quat sanitizer available in spray bottles
- Temperature monitoring is in place
- Food is covered and protected from contamination
- Dry storage area is maintained
- Ice machine is clean. Ice scoop is stored in a sanitary manner.
- Premise is well lit
- Permit is posted
- No signs of pests observed during inspection. Orkin provides monthly service. Reports will be sent to the health inspector.
