2. Walk-in cooler ceiling has insulation exposed.
3. Light fixtures in preparation area has exposed mercury-based flourescent light tubes.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Clean and monitor for reoccurrence. If reoccurring, contact plumber to have area serviced.
