Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A big bucket of soup internal temperature tested 20 degree C. Staff stated that the soup was cook last night at 12:30 AM Sep 1 , 2022, and was put into the cooler right away. The inspection time was at 10:30 AM Sep 2, 2022.
Corrective Action(s): Staff immediately discarded all the soup. Please use several shallow containers to cool the soup next time to ensure the soup can be cooled to 4 degree C or under within 6 hours.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No proper sanitizer available to sanitize food contact surfaces. Premise used multipurpose disinfectant spray, however, it is not suitable for food contact surfaces
Corrective Action(s): Staff immediately purchased a bottle of household bleach, and make a 100 ppm chlorine solution to properly sanitize the food contact surfaces.
