Floor area under the stoves have been partially cleaned but because of the cracked and damaged tiles the caked on grease cannot be practically cleaned and disinfected -see Code 308 above for further instruction here

-Did not observe improper cooling onsite
-small portion of perishables at room temperature to be used within 2 hours observed
-Additional mechanical traps placed in dry storage room on main floor
-handwash stations in good working order and adequately stocked
