Quat sanitizer available >200ppm.
2-compartment sink and drying rack space in wine tasting area.
Operator is currently not serving wine to public, no food service has occurred this year, plans in place to reopen next year.
Permit posted in public viewing/tasting area.
Fly light available in adjoining production room, operator relocated to tasting room during the inspection to control fruit flies. Thank you, please continue to monitor, clean and sanitize after use of room and sinks.
