Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - During time of inspection, veggie patties stored in warmer oven unit measured at ~45C
- Staff turned on oven and patties measured at 75C
- Operator and staff informed that patties have been in unit for <2hrs (displayed in unit at 11:30am)
Corrective Action(s): 1. Either keep unit at 60C at all times and ensure that food product is at 60C at all times. Monitor with thermometer.

2. 'Food tracking log' required where product and time are recorded. Any product discarded after the 2 hours also must be tracked. Separate log/ note book required for this

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): During time of inspection, paper towels were not dispensing properly at handwashing station located in front.
- Staff placed another roll of paper towels at sink
- Operator informed that dispenser is defective and has asked for replacement
Corrective Action(s): - Ensure that there is always an adequate amount of accessible hot/cold running water, paper towels and liquid soap available at all times
- Ensure that paper towel dispenser is in good working repair

- Upright cooler maintaining temperatures at 3C

- Sink plugs available for 3 compartment sink (ware washing sink)
- No evidence of pests detected during time of inspection
- General sanitation - OK- focus on common touch (i.e., handles on refrigeration units)
