Previous inspection infractions corrected:

- Cleaning and sanitizing of rodent dropping areas completed.
- A new warmer unit has been purchased for ready to eat hot foods. Ensure temperature of this unit is at 60C or above before storing hot foods in it and monitor temperatures with an accurate thermometer.
-New storage bins purchased for dry goods with lids. New scoops are now in use.

Other observations:

A second thermometer in use walk in cooler. Temperature is being logged daily - good. 4C and below is maintained in this unit.
External wall thermometer is not as accurate so the inside temperature should be checked.

Pest control report dated June 26, 2019 reviewed with EHO. Pest activity still evident.
Continue to monitor and conduct cleaning and pest control recommendations on report as required.
