Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cooler malfunctioning. Repair technician has to replace part. Will be back tomorrow. Cooler unit still in use to store potentially hazardous food items during inspection even though Owners were aware of cooler temperatures.

NOTE: Health Inspector to return tomorrow to ensure hot holding unit and cooler unit are repaired DO NOT use these items as mentioned above. Any use WILL result in fines.

NOTE: No observation of potentially hazardous food items stored at room temperatures. Please ensure Tapioca is placed in coolers as soon as it is warm to the touch. DO NOT leave food items out for indefinite time periods
