Observation: General sanitation throughout facility needs attention. Accumilation of food debris was observed in walk in cooler, under shelving units and along permiters and walls.
Minor evidence of pest droppings observed between fridge and shelving and in hot water tank closet.


Corrective Action(s): .1. Clean and sanitize entire premises especially in areas stated above.
2. Please ensure front door is closed at all times or is equiped with a screen to prevent entry of pests.
3. Handsink needs to be clear to be used effectively and stocked at all times with soap and paper towel.
