Inspection report: 257680 GM, Dave, and the Kitchen Manager, and confirmed the following: - Iodine test strip ordered/ staff is trained to take daily readings - daily logs will be availabe for each low temp dishwashers At the time of our routine inspection , Iodine at the glass washer was present at the required 12.5ppm concentration ( violation 302 is void )
