Note: this kiosk is only open/in use during busy times. The only potentially hazardous foods processed/prepared at this kiosk are hot dogs. There is only one staff member present to operate the kiosk.
Kiosk has a 2 compartment sink to wash and sanitize tongs
Liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water available at the 2 compartment sink to wash hands.
There are 3 coolers (upright sliding glass door beverage coolers), all at 4 deg C or less
Wrapped sandwiches are also stored in these coolers that are prepared at the main kitchen and then brought over each day
Quat spray sanitizer available at 200 ppm QUATS
Bleach used at 2 comp sink to sanitize tongs
Staff member indicated they are FoodSafe certified but was unable to produce certificate at time of inspection. Manager must ensure that staff members who are operating the kiosks have a valid FoodSafe level 1 ceritficate.
