- Hand wash station had soap, paper towel and hot/cold running water
- Upright 2 door cooler 3 deg. C, Walk in cooler 1C, Upright 2 door freezer -19C, Walk in freezer -21C
- No hot holding available at time of inspection.
- Probe thermometer available. Ensure probe is sanitized between each use.
- Temperature logs maintained up to date.
- General sanitation satisfactory. No obvious signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
- Quat sanitizer at source and in containers with cloths submerged 200ppm. Quat test strips available.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 71 deg. C (as per thermolabel)
- All stored foods appeared protected (ie. covered, off the ground, light covers in place...etc).
