General sanitation - satisfactory. However, floor behind dough mixer and cooking line must be cleaned from small amount of grease and food debris.
Handsinks supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels in wall-mounted dispensers.
Prep. cooler front of the cooking line at 2.2 C (bottom) and 4.0 deg C (top).
Upright cooler at 4.0 C.
Walk in cooler at 2.0 C.
Walk in freezer at -18 C.
Note: No hot holding at time of inspection.
Food storage - satisfactory (make sure you cover small food containers in prep. coolers when no preparing happen).
Equipment and utensils stored in a sanitary manner at the time of inspection.
Low temperaturel dishwasher achieved 50 ppm chlorine residual on rinse cycle at dish level.
Permit posted.
No signs of pests at the time of inspection. The owner stated pest service is available/twice a month.
Washrooms - satisfactory.
