Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: Staff is unsure which chemical to use on countertops. Asked for sanitizer but the bottles onsite were degreasers and cleaners.
Correction: Quats santiizer appear to be available in the back by mop sink. Manual mixing is required. Please prepare a labelled spray bottle containing 200-400ppm Quats sanitizer ready to use by follow up inspection.

Quats sanitizer in labelled spray bottle available by coffee filter. Quats was measured at 200ppm.
Please ensure all staffs are trained to use this on food contact surfaces and to refill bottle according to instruction.
Test strips are recommended for these spray bottles.
