-Foods in coolers and freezers are covered
-No signs of pests
-high temperature dishwasher achieved 77.8 deg C on rinse cycle at dish level (minimum 71 deg C required)

-Organization in kitchen can use some improvement; as discussed, ensure all personal items are kept away from any food prep areas and that any items not needed are removed from premises.
