Corrective Action(s): Remove all perishables from unit and have the unit serviced.

Observation: -P1 Pasta under grill fridge too warm -air temperatures showing 10.2 deg C with internal temperature of pasta at 8 deg C

-Rinse thermostat at main dishwasher is not accurate -pass readings achieved on probe thermometer but not on the thermomstat
Corrective Action(s): Have the unit serviced -do not store perishables in the unit unless they can be maintained at or below 4 deg C

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed filthy towel draped over dishwasher's shoulder -this was cited in a previous routine inspection on May 2018
