Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Reusable towels used to cover food stored inside the walk-in cooler. This is a repeated violation.
Corrective Action(s): Do not use reusable towels to cover food. Towels are made from porous material and can not be cleaned and sanitized properly. Food must be covered with non-porous, smooth, food grade material.

- The new chef stated he has FOODSAFE Level 1 but not the certificate. He will be getting a replacement certificate soon.
