Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A small amount of higher risk food (samosas, sausage rolls, sandwich) is stored in display cooler. Records show that this cooler was at 2C earlier but food temperatures are at 6C/45F.
Corrective Action(s): Move food to another cooler to be stored at 4C/40F or colder. Provide copy of the report regarding previous servicing of this cooler. Do not use this cooler for higher risk foods (potentially hazardous foods such as meat, dairy, chicken,etc.) unless it can keep them at 4C or colder. This is a repeat request.

Coolers are at 4C or colder (with exception of display cooler) - see above.
Chest freezer at -18C or colder (-23C).
Hand washing stations equipped with hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
* Surface sanitizer - 50ppm chlorine detected - change every 4 hours. New solution is at 100-200ppm.
Ice machine is in a clean condition. Ice scoop is stored outside of the machine (not directly in ice).
Commercial dishwasher has a final hot water sanitizing rinse (82 C on the final rinse water gauge and 71C measured inside of the machine) - in compliance.
General - cleaning and pest control program reviewed. Recommend monitoring for pests.
