Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No employees/staff washed hands at the time of inspection. One staff was using the phone and did not wash hands before putting on gloves to prepare food.
Corrective Action(s): Staff must remove gloves and wash hands before starting/switching to a new task. Staff who was using the phone was instructed to immediately wash hands. Please educate all staff on proper hand washing procedures and proper glove usage.

Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize all the affected areas. Manager who receives pest control reports is not in Canada. Please have pest control company provide reports to other manager/staff in charge If pest control company cannot locate problem areas/control and improve situation.consider changing to a new pest control company.
