Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized. Sanitizer buckets measured between 50-100 ppm. Replace sanitizer in buckets on a frequent basis and change rags on a frequent basis as well as dirty rags can deplete the sanitizer. Test sanitizer level with test strips frequently.

Observation: Conditions observed that may allow entrance / harboring/breeding of pests. Garbage bins outside was overfilled and left uncovered. Ensure bin is not overfilled and cover the bin.

Observation: Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition. Build up of dirt, grease, and debris throughout establishment. Specific areas to focus on:
-freezer nearest to the office had ice build up and debris on the ground.
-prep table near the walk in cooler had a build up of dirt and debris underneath
-corners in the back closest to the grill
-storage room underneath the shelving and behind the water tank

All hand sinks had hot/cold water, soap, and paper towel. All freezers temperatures were -18 C or lower
All cooler temperatures wee 4 C or lower
Prep table had temperature of 4 C or lower
Temperature logs were available upon request
Low temperature dishwasher measured to use 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer
Staff members were Foodsafe certified. Food items protected from contamination in dry storage.
Pest control in place from Ecolab - last inspection July 3, 2020. Covid-19 safety measures in place including signage and procedures to follow.
