Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Found packages of food labelled keep refrigerated out at room temperature
Corrective Action(s): All potentially hazardous foods must be kept below 4 C at all times.
Was out for less then hour, place back in cooler.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Spray bottle had straight chlorine bleach only used once per day.
Corrective Action(s): Must ensure sanitizer is 100-200 ppm chlorine, 1/2 tsp bleach per 1 litre water
Must sanitize surface after use or every 4 hours if in continual use.

402 - Employee does not wash hands properly or at adequate frequency [s. 21(3)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff was preparing paan, touching the phone and other items and did not wash hands before returning to paan.
Corrective Action(s): Must wash hands before handling food after any possible contamination (i.e. cash, phone, etc.)

Observation: Found multiple containers of food items that were prepared at home.
Corrective Action(s): All food to be sold must be prepared in an approved facility (not at home).
Must be labelled with the name of the produce, location of the production, name of product at a minimum.
Remove all products immediately from coolers and shelves.

Observation: Back storage room is still over cluttered and disorganized which hinders cleaning and allows for pest harborage
Corrective Action(s): Reorganize back room, and remove all items not required for daily business.

Observation: Found food debris and filth accumulating throughout premises on the floor, shelving and in areas where food is to be handled.
Corrective Action(s): Must increase cleaning of premises to remove all grease, and food build up on floor, shelves, storage containers, etc.
