Observation: observed shelves to store final baked products was not in sanitary condition. final products are in direct contact with the shelves

Observation: Observed droppings in the corners in the back storage area; also one of the traps set by the owner had a dead mouse caught. owner suspects it was caught over the weekend.
Corrective Action(s): Requierd operator to clean and sanitize all areas in the back, remove the dead mouse and ensure to monitor the all traps daily
