-General sanitation of premises is satisfactory. Some sesame seeds noted in hard to reach areas of the floor (edges, corners). Ensure hard to reach areas are thoroughly cleaned to prevent accumulation of food debris. Ensure a high level of sanitation is maintained to prevent pest issues.
-Handsinks supplied with liquid soap and paper towel
-Coolers were functioning and maintaining temperatures of 4C or colder:
-Walk-in cooler 2C
-Prep table cooler (left) 2C
-Prep table cooler (right) 4C
-Front drink display cooler 4C
-Food stored in cooler was protected from contamination. Lids present and raw meat (chicken) stored away from ready to eat items.
-Freezer was at -19C
-Temperature records appear consistent; however, readings were not recorded for 11am on day of inspection. Ensure monitoring and record keeping is completed in accordance with your food safety procedures.
-Time tracking in place (present on monitor) for pizzas display at room temperature.
-Bleach present for manual sanitizing of dishes.
-Bleach sanitizer (200ppm) present in bucket for use with wiping cloths
-Pest control contract in place with service twice monthly. Report from most recent service (7-May-2018) shown at the time of the inspection. No pest activity noted at the time of the inspection.
