Comments

General:
- handwashing station stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water
- sanitizer measured 200ppm quats
- three compartment sink set up at time of inspection - 100ppm chlorine in rinse compartment
- ice machine is for school use only (injuries, etc) - not for food use
- screen door on order for kitchen window, as per previous inspection
- general sanitation satisfactory

Temperatures:
- ice cream freezer: -20C
- sliding glass door cooler: 4C
- pepsi cooler: 4C
- two door freezer: -17C
- two door cooler: 3C
- one door cooler: 4C (this cooler was slow to drop in temperature, please monitor closely)
- temperature logs available for review
- no hot held foods in steam table, however steam stable itself measured 75C
- hot holding cabinet for fries, pizza etc: 40C - turned down due to end of lunch; staff stated lunch is over at 13:20 and cabinet is never turned down before 12:30 - all foods must be discarded at lunch period
