-Follow-up inspection to April 11, 2018.
-Cake decorating items have been removed from the staff washroom. Washroom is only being used to store hair nets and cleaning supplies. Do not store any food or food-related items in the washroom.
-Bleach sanitizer was available in the food preparation area at the time of inspection.
-Grease trap has been serviced and is no longer causing the dishwasher to overflow. High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 71C on the dish surface (minimum 71C required for proper sanitizing).
