Comments

Routine inspection conducted with 2 staff.

- General sanitation was satisfactory.
- Hand sinks were fully equipped with hand soap, paper towel and hot/cold running water.
- Hot holding unit for hot dog sausage at 69 C.
- All the coolers (walk in, prep, under the counter, cold well) measured at 4C or below.
- Dairy product freezer on the counter measured -14C with solid frozen product.
- Ice machine was in a sanitary condition and well maintained. Scoop stored in a container to prevent direct contact with ice.
- 3-compartment sink was in use for ware washing. Quats in dispenser unit tested 200ppm. However, no sanitizer in spray bottle prepared for food contact surfaces use. See code.
- Fruity blast at 36C followed with DQ company instruction.
- Blizzard station was in a sanitary condition.
- No concern on pest control.
