[s. 14(2)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Sauces found with "refrigerate after opening" labels left out at room temperature 2) Delivery staff was helping organize food near end of inspection. They left, leaving numerous bags of raw chicken on the counter. Corrective Action(s): 1) Read and understand all food products you handle. Moved to cooler at time of inspection. 2) Don't leave hazardous food products at room temperature! EHO had kitchen staff move them to a refrigerator at time of delivery staff leaving. Beverage cooler 4C ***Temperature logs not available at time of inspection. Log template on site but not in use. Resume use immediately. Quat sanitizer tested at 200ppm in spray bottle and at dispenser. General sanitation good.
